Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, resolving basic issues, and providing excellent support through chat, email, or phone.

This role is ideal for individuals who are professional, friendly, and comfortable working online.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Handle basic complaints and follow up when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be a citizen of the Netherlands.
  • Must currently be physically located in the Netherlands.
  • Valid State ID Card or Driver’s License (both accepted).
  • Must complete facial verification to confirm identity and location.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Smartphone or computer with internet access.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
