As a research technician, you play a central role in a vibrant translational research group at the department of Otolaryngology / Center for Translational Neurosciences (UMC Utrecht Brain Center) of the UMC Utrecht.
The Department of Otolaryngology is looking for an enthusiastic collaborative Research Technician for its hearing research lab. The hearing research lab has a long history of ground breaking fundamental and translational discoveries in the field of hearing and balance. Current projects include, but are not limited to functional and anatomical structure preservation for deaf persons receiving a cochlear implant, and to regenerate hair cells form resident stem cells in the inner ear with the translational goal to treat hearing-impaired patients.
As Research Technician, your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following:
